Work with us
As a multi award-winning, trusted partner to the NHS, RMS is experiencing a period of extraordinary growth, as our remarkable team continues to help radiology departments across the UK to meet increasing capacity demand.
Faced with the scale of this unprecedented recruitment challenge, other providers might be tempted to lower the bar on their qualifying criteria, simply to get the numbers through the departmental doors.
Not RMS. We’re staying true to our principles and keeping our bar set at the highest possible level. Yes, our expectations are towering. But so are yours.
You want to work with a company that values, recognises and rewards you. One that invests in its people and provides exceptional potential for career progression and earnings.
If you think you’ve got the skills, experience, commitment to impeccable patient care and – really, really importantly the right attitude to thrive with RMS, we’d love to hear from you.
Benefits of working with us
- Flexible shifts across the UK. You can choose to work with RMS to supplement your current role, or you can work with us on a full-time basis – it’s up to you.
- Competitive rates.
- The opportunity to work with an inspiring team at the top of their game.
Your experience
- Ideally you’ll have worked in the NHS or a private setting for more than 2 years.
- You may know someone who currently works with us, and if they are happy to vouch for your professionalism and character, their recommendation will go a long way. Ask them to get in touch with the recruitment team.
Training, development and mentoring
There’s a shortage of radiographers and clinical support workers in the UK and we’re here to help the NHS in training and developing entry-level radiographers.
If you’re interested in a career in radiography – or you’re already a student radiographer – get in touch to see how we can help you achieve your dream job!
