RMS recently conducted a short satisfaction survey of its team. the results are in, and they are nothing short of outstanding. The company’s team of independent radiographers and clinical support workers have voiced their satisfaction with their roles, their shifts and their trust in the leadership.
The survey revealed that 100% of respondents were proud to be a part of the RMS team. And a unanimous 100% of respondents also expressed their enjoyment of their roles and overall happiness at RMS. This level of satisfaction speaks volumes about RMS’s commitment to creating a positive and fulfilling environment for its radiographers and Clinical Support Workers.
One key indicator of a company’s success is the ability of the leadership team. 97% of survey respondents expressed confidence in the RMS leadership team’s ability to guide the company.
RMS scored an impressive 70 on the Net Promoter Score (NPS), which measures the willingness of respondents to recommend their workplace to others, and a score of 70 is a good indication of the positive environment that RMS offers its team.
