RMS is proud to announce the introduction of a new role to our team: Head of Clinical Quality and Standards. This position, filled by Chris Lennon (pictured above), is a key part of our ongoing commitment to providing the highest standards of patient care in diagnostic imaging.
As Clinical Quality Lead, Chris will be responsible for reviewing all of RMS’s policies, standards and patient care procedures to ensure we’re meeting or exceeding the NHS’s own NICE standards. This includes conducting regular audits and assessments of our processes, as well as consulting with our clinical staff to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
RMS specialises in providing diagnostic imaging solutions for NHS Trusts through reducing radiology waiting lists and improving patient outcomes by streamlining the diagnostic imaging process. Chris will play a vital role in ensuring that we are delivering on this promise by keeping a close eye on our performance and working with our team to make any necessary adjustments.
Bill Bailey, Clinical Director, said “Chris’s expertise and commitment to patient care will greatly enhance the quality of service we offer to NHS Trusts and the patients they serve. We look forward to collaborating with him to set new standards in diagnostic imaging and radiology management.”
Chris, the Clinical Quality Lead, added “At RMS, we strive to provide the highest level of care and service to our patients. As the head of clinical quality and standards, I will work to proactively monitor and improve our performance, aiming to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients.”
We are excited to have Chris Lennon onboard and we look forward to working with him to continue to improve our services.
